How many times can you harvest the following crops in a year?

2. corn
3. sweet potato
We have to know because we are planning to use them to be intercropped in a rubber plantation. Thank you!

As far as I know in Philippines we harvest only once a year for corn and peanuts and about sweet potatoes I haven’t any idea how many time a year

Since they will be in a Tropical climate you can probably get two crops from each of these each year. Peanuts and sweet potato require 120-180 days to grow. Corn , depending on variety 65-120. Each of them must be replanted after harvest. Although with peanuts enough are often missed at harvest that some will grow.

All of these plants you can harvest only once..the peanuts and sweet potatoes are basically pulled up by the roots when harvested, so they are done when pulled/dug up..corn needs to mature out and the silk to go brown before they are mature enough to eat..at this point..the stalks and leaves on the plant is already browing off and dying..You can however plant these plants during thier planting times in one or two week successions of each plant so you have a continious crop to pick of each every couple of weeks or so..peanuts actually store so long that you should be able to harvest them and store where they get proper ventilation from one season to the next..Corn can be par boiled and frozen for corn all year..
